My complaint:
We love Dominos. The problem however is literwlly each time we order something online, there is something missing or wrong with the order. Either the flavor of the pizza or the wings. Today, we ordered again. We ordered a hot buffalo and was delivered a bbq instead. We called the store and they hang up. We called again and they were so unapologetic and rude. They said they would send a replacement. An hour and a half, there was still no replacement. We had to call again and with no apologies they just said it was on the way. After 2 hours of waiting it came. But still this is umacceptable bec it happens every time.
Suggested solution:
The manager and staff need to be more attentive to detail and need more training on customer service.
