Complaint: Unable to use Pizza Rewards

My complaint:

I have been trying to use my two free pizza’s I’ve earned, but an unable to do so. I have no issues logging into my account, but when I click to redeem the free pizza’s, I have to enter my password again. When I enter the password again, it says there is no pizza profile with that info. That’s obviously not possible for two reasons, one is the fact I use my free pizza’s all the time and never had an issue before. Two, I am able to log into my account and have pizza delivered with no issues. I have even tried changing my password, which didn’t help. I tried calling my local store, which informed me they could not use my free pizza’s and they can not help fix the issue. I will really be upset if they expire and I don’t get to use them. Can you please submit them back up with my account? And, why did it change, was there a system update or something? So frustrating, it should’ve be that hard to use the free pizza you’ve earned by purchasing so much pizza.

Figure out what the problem is, why is happened and correct it, do I can actually use the two free earned pizza's before they expire.
