My complaint:
Two of the workers at this location, Justin and Aidan, have been extremely u professional when it comes to treating other staff and customer. In the past Justin has bought and shared vapes with Aidan (a 16 year old). Aidan the used those vapes while working on the ovens blowing the clouds onto guest food. Aidan has also told a story of both him and Justin smoking weed together and unknown to Aidan the weed was laced with ketamine (could potentially be a false story, but was brought up a few times). Aidan has also placed his ear buds on the boxes where the pizzas are prepped and boxed up to be delivered or carried out. Justin along side Aidan have also been talking disrespectfully to a pair of twins (who both have special needs) working in the store. One of the twins had said “At least I’m working.” And Justin used that to continuously berate that twin for the rest of their shift and started to put him down by saying it to many other co-workers including Aidan in a demeaning way.
Suggested solution:
The management and supervision needs to be addressed, He should not be able to do this to impressionable teensyoung adults working in the building.
