My complaint:
Called because order was placed at 12pm and it was 1:47 order left store at 12:57 and was asking about order. App said order delivered. App also stated 26 minutes of wait time. This was the most resent call told by manager that it doesn’t mater what App says he just sent my order out and he had one driver if my order was wrong call back then and hung up on me. Pizza under cooked, wings where cold, cheese bread was good, missing a 2 liter. 15 minutes on hold nothing done but 2 liter brought by driver thank God I told the driver the order was wrong before he drove off. $80 order and treated badly. When someone orders three pizzas three orders of wings two cheese breads two 2 liters a free 2 topping pizza doesn’t cut it but we haven’t been offered it. We just had 5 adults 2 teenagers and 2 children 6 and under who waited 2 hours for food when it was estimated 26 minutes. What makes this ironic my son in-laws mom works at Dominos in Ohio she was one of the adults visiting and told me about this complaint site. I had the phone call with manager on speaker because this is not the first time he has talked to me this way or hung up on me.
Suggested solution:
Apologize for starters, try to help the customer make the customer feel important to his business and try to resolve the problem find out where the driver was and why it was taking almost an hour to deliver pizza a mile and a half away.
