My complaint:
Today, I ordered over $35 of items. Which included 2 ranch 2 garlic butters, that I never received. I ended up calling a total of three times with 10 minutes holds that I eventually hung up on. They forgot they were supposed to bring me the condiments. I waited for OVER 40 minutes for a return now my pizza and wings are cold, I DON’T need the ranch now. I called againnn asked for a refund (just the ranch butter) and The manager told me they don’t refund.
Suggested solution:
The manager was NOT helpful didn’t sound concerned of my issue of waiting 40 minutes on a mistake of THEIR behalf. Instead, I was told I can’t get a refund they were busy, I no longer needed ranch and butter as I was FORGOTTEN about after my first TWO attempts to tell them I didn’t receive 4 items I ordered. Which sucks because this was the only meal my husband craved after his chemo treatment. It’s very disappointing. I also told him I will not order from domino’s again. He didn’t care. If I receive a full refund I will return to dominos as usual. The customer service was TERRIBLE. I shouldn’t have been forgotten about the manager could of sound concerned.
