Dominos Pizza complaint: This store should be closed permanently

My complaint:

This is not the first time I have experienced horrible treatment by this store. Like many times before, we ordered our pizza through the app at 7:30 pm. At 7:44 pm it came out of the oven. At 8:15, it was still not out for delivery. We called the store and we’re lied to. They told us it would be out for delivery in 5 minutes. At 8:35, it was still not out for delivery. We called the store. Over the next 30 minutes we were put on indefinite holds and also hung up on twice! The manager herself hung up on me. It’s 9:06 and I still don’t have my pizza. However, the app will not cancel my order nor give me a refund. This is not the first time this has happened to me. This store has a lovely 1.5 rating on Yelp. This store needs to be shut down, restaffed, or we need to be able to order from the Dominos in neighboring towns. At this point, I want a full refund and an apology.

Suggested solution:

Give me an apology, a full refund, and fully consider closing this store permanently so I can order from the Skokie or Chicago locations for delivery. This is a recurring issue.
