Complaint: Terrible attitude and service.

My complaint:

I ordered a pizza online and requested curbside pickup ( this was one of the options )
They asked for the color and make of my car. I arrived at the restaurant and put my hazard lights on. My order was ready according to the APP and I sat and waited for 15 minutes more. I called the store and they ed that my order was ready. I went in out of frustration and there were at least 10 people in the back milling around. The manager was extremely rude. Why offer curbside pickup if you have no intentions of providing that service ? Why the lousy customer service ? Please explain. Thank you.
