My complaint:

I will start by saying that dominos is by far the best but this has really disappointed me in a big way.

Today I ordered my food over the phone because i know what we want because we always have the same things to eat. When i arrived to pick my order up i tried to pay with cash but was told it was card only and it stated this on your website. I told them that i made a phone order and haven’t been on the website so how would i know as they never told me over the phone. I’m sure but law you are not aloud to refuse cash?

However i made the round trip back to my house which took me 30 mins. On my return to the shop nobody was bothered and they would not make me a fresh pizza. I got home with my pizza that by this time was about 1 hour old. When i opened the box it was stone cold.

Your pizzas are by far not the cheapest but are normally the best! Im shocked with the service i received.

Suggested solution:

Some sort of refund would be nice and something to redeem my faith in Dominos.
