My complaint:

To whom it may concern, My name is Danny and I order from store 3378, Just wanted to say they don’t know how to operate the store, The manager doesn’t know what he’s is doing, I call for my XL 16inch Brooklyn Pizza on Saturday 8:57PM Took 1 hour and 15 minutes to receive my pie, first I spoke to him on the phone and told him it better not be cold he don’t me don’t worry about it and for sure it was cold, I told the driver I don’t want it and to take it back, I spoke to the manager again on the phone and didn’t apologize to me about the order, he said that he will send me another one and I waited and waited and never received the other pie that he promised me, I was very upset with the customer service at this location, I got mad very mad and told him to cancel my order I had to use PayPal I am not happy at all with the store almost 2 hours for the pie and they were not too far from me, Papa John’s so much better service quick with customer service and quick with delivery and that’s what I’m going to do for now on papa John will be my choice, I will let others know about this store and also the press, very bad customer service they treated me so wrong.

They have to train the store managers and employees much more also to be very good with the customers treat them nice !
