My complaint:

I have come to order some pizzas at store where I was informed that orders are to be made online only, when I said my phone battery is drained and can’t use it, so pls take order over the counter.but they were rude in reverting. When I again ask to assist, the attendent went behind the table and didn’t want to face or listen. I repeatedly said 4-5 times – you are not attending the customer, but no one came to attend, and from behind the curtains replied – we can’t and if you want to have order done, wait for half hour.

I wait for 10 mins and then dial your toll free number : 1800112100 and the attendent after hearing all the conversation suggest me first but than very surprisingly told this is wrong number and speak in store only.

I am disheartened with this attitude and reply of staff and I like forward to lodge an complaint and would like to see what actions are initiated by the organisation whose employees are lazy and don’t know customer centricity and thinks that customer has a need of food then they will come to our brand.
