My complaint:
I have received my order of 3 pizzas, 2 garlic bread, and 2 1.25L soft drinks and the delivery seems to match what I ordered, however….. I have an issue with one of the pizzas, a BBQ meatlovers on classic crust. A little over three quarters of the under side of the pizza is EXTREMELY sticky, as too is the box in the places where the sticky pizza was resting. This sticky substance appears to be clear or close to clear, has a smell that it’s hard to classify but I THINK it is similar to the inside of a walnut shell, that’s the only thing I can compare it to. It tastes horrible and because I’m not sure what it actually is, even if it didn’t taste disgusting it would still be inedible because I don’t know if it is safe.
The other two pizzas were fine, thankfully, as too was the garlic bread I received, it was just this one pizza, which just so happens to be the only pizza that my 96 year old grandmother eats of the three I purchased so she will be going hungry tonight.
Suggested solution:
An investigation needs to be performed and the substance needs to be identified along with ruling out the possibility that this may have been done on purpose by a disgruntled employee.
Being that this has disrupted dinner for everyone in my household and has either put people off finishing their meal or taken away their attention so their servings are now stone cold and not as pleasant to eat, I think it's only fair we receive a complete replacement for this order.
There are household members that are kind of reluctant to eat more Dominoes after this incident but I'm willing to give you another chance to prove this was a simple mistake.
I will attempt to take photos but I don't think it will show much because the sticky substance is clear.
