My complaint:

Ordered two medium pizzas by phone. Arrived at Satellite Beach location and the server dropped one pizza. Replaced it (but it took 15 minutes). Meanwhile the other pizza got cold. After arriving home with two pizzas, decided the cold one was inedible.

After several years dealing with Dominos, I have decided future needs for pizza will NOT include your company. Sadly, other franchises would have provided complementary replacement because I then had to wait 15 extra minutes while this franchise corrected its error leaving the other pizza to get cold.

Poor customer service!!!

Suggested solution:

Unfortunately there is no resolution due to poor customer care and an attitude that dismisses problems relying on clients to simply ignore the issue. Most people would have provided complementary replacement of the whole order in consideration of taking the time of a patron to replace the damaged and other pie left to cool while substituting.
