My complaint:

Ordered pizza over the phone. The person taking the order messed it up 3 times before finalizing. 50 minutes later I called to find out where my pizza was and apparently it never went through the system. Spoke to a manager and he stated that he tried to call me back because of a zip code issue and said the number didn’t work which I was calling from said number. We have been ordering pizza from them for 20 years but never again!!

Offer to send pizza out free of charge and not lie to me on the phone!!
