My complaint:
Last week ordered a pizza for take out.
Went at stated pick up time.
Took counter person 5 min. To greet me and ask order name. Another 5 min. Came back and said pizza burned. Put in new one and got 15 min. Later. Last night ordered chicken parmigiana. Sandwich. Arrived at pick up time. Waited in lobby behind a couple very irate customers complaining about waiting for their order. 15 min. Later I had to leave as no one behind counter and ples glass even greeted me or inquired. Still behind 2 customers in front of me.
Awful!!
Suggested solution:
At the least someone should be more attentive.
