My complaint:

Placed a order for delivery online around 6:30 pm today 09142020, the wait time stated was 40 minutes. I called the location at 7:15 pm we ordered from, to check the status of our order , when I checked the Dominos tracker it said it had been quality checked at around 6
;47 I believe . When I called I spoke with employee Susanna she explained to me it would be another 20 to 30 minutes for delivery, when asked why did online state 40 minutes it was explained to me that sometimes the app is incorrect. It had been quite sometime and if the pizza was checked at 6:47 and now its 7:15 and now its another 20-30 for delivery the pizza would had been sitting for about 30-40 min. So I cancelled the entire order. Now that is very poor customer service and poor food quality . I have ordered from this location before and in the past had no major problems besides the pizza looking like it had been thrown together and that was tolerable ,but this I felt needed to be addressed .

Suggested solution:

Pass this information to the district manager of this location .not the store manager,so maybe it would be taken more serious. and have the app be more accurate on delivery time ,if that statement was even correct about the app being wrong and finally train the staff on better time management because if Dominos is send out pizza that sits for 30 or more minutes then this goes against your mission statement .
