My complaint:
I ordered some pizza on their website like all the times that I’ve done it. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and then I get a call saying that they couldn’t deliver because they didn’t have drivers, so we were like ok well we are going to need our money back for delivery and tip. They said that they’d send it back. We drove to dominoes and the workers looked confused. We were saying that we made an order and that we had to pick it up since the couldn’t deliver. They said there was no order placed. The manager was rude as well and was making stank faces and kept having an attitude. There were not close yet so we asked if they could make some pizzas and the manager was like no and kept getting an attitude. Then later on that night, a lady walked in and they were being very loud and obnoxious. My bank account showed that they took out the money of my pizza order. I checked the next day and they did use that money at a Exxon gas station. Which is a walk from the Dominoes pizza in Statesville (East Broad Street)
Suggested solution:
I would like to get my money back before I call the bank. It can be on pizzas or back in my card.
