My complaint:
I ordered a pizza from the dominos old forge, Pennsylvania, location and the order went though fine. I received the notification that it has been delivered. I then checked and it was not there. I waited another, 20 minutes and proceeded to call the store. I talked to someone who was very nice and helped me very quickly, he placed a new order and offered an accommodation. I told them none was Necessary, because I was trying to be nice. He placed the new order and I began to wait again. After another 40 minutes of waiting, I received another call from dominos. A man named Tom told me that my pizza was delivered and the deliver person knows for a fact. I went out again, and the pizza was there. Not to mention, extremely cold. Tom then continue to tell me I was wrong about calling the first time. I proceeded to tell him I waited 30 minutes after they told me it was delivered and there was no pizza. I heard the driver, Shelia begain to fight back. And I got very mad and hung up the phone. I normally never get upset with essential workers, especially not during this time period, but I had talked to someone before and though the situation was settled. Now I am very upset and don’t even want the food.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back for my order. I will not be ordering from your stores anymore due to this. So I do not want any coupons. I would like 13.48 returned to me. Thank you
