My complaint:

Stopped in today at around 11:00am to inquire about a sign on the property. I was very polite and cordial. Upon arriving I had hurt my hand as there was metal strung on the job site of the new Dominos. I was very polite and asked for the supervisor. I was told it was the guy in the white shirt with a pony tail. I nicely asked if he was the owner and he stated he was the superintendent and hastily and rudely asked me what I wanted. I asked to leave my name and number for the owner and again I was rudely talked to in a manner I would think not consistent with a new business getting ready to open. I cut my conversation short said thank you for your time and I left. I really hope the way I was treated by your superintendent does not have a trickle effect into the new Dominos Pizza customer service model. I was deeply saddened by the way I was treated and would really hope for better. After all I am a future customer. I would appreciate someone reaching out to me in regards to this. Thank you.

Suggested solution:

I would really like an apology - he was rude and abrupt. I will say a younger kid in a green shirt was respectful and courteous to me. But the man in charge - definitely a wild card.
