My complaint:

Made a “delivery” order at 5:20 pm in preparation for the presidential debate. Individual acknowledged it was a delivery and charged my account and specifically indicated that it would be delivered in 30 to 40 minutes. After an 1 hour and 20 minutes I called requesting an ETA. Individual who answered studded and said let me get manager all I heard was we have a problem. Manager got on phone and was immediately was rude. I asked for an ETA and the manager said it’s here and it’s been sitting here waiting for you. I argued and said it was a delivery he said “nope but he can charge me $4 and deliver it. To make a long story short the manager was rude, disrespectful and still re-charged me and added $4 for delivery. The ONLY reason I continued with my order was because I had 9 people waiting. I than asked since this was your mistake can you rush it he replied “nope human be 49 minutes”. He was rude and incompetent and I’m still sitting here waiting at 7:05 pm with no pizza.

Suggested solution:

Fire or disabling the manager. I’m not expecting anything free I want to be acknowledged that they made a mistake and he was disrespectful. I was very clear that this will be the last time I EVER patronize Dominos pizza
