My complaint:
Ordered for delivery online, order said it was being prepared by “mohammad”. We got a roach in the pizza. Called and told them and they said it’s not their fault but offered me a free dessert on my next order. I asked for the guys name and to talk to a manager and he hung up on me. Then he calls me back, again refuse to tell his name, and said a manager will call us back. I stayed up all night no sleep, no manager called us back to do anything about it. So I called the health department.
Suggested solution:
They need to take accountability. Investigate where they have roaches, apologize and give us a refund. They didn’t do any of that, instead I feel threatened. He has my name and my address but couldn’t even give me his name?!
