Complaint: Replacing the order and Worst behaviour of staff

My complaint:

For the last three time dominos is providing such a worst worst service that i wanted to escalate it to next level.. when i order pepper barbecue chicken they had delivered chicken kemma with a horrible taste then i called the store then thy are responding no stock if so they should have cancelled the order and delivered that too after 1hour 15min and the response of store manager is even more worried about and same had happened even today with the same branch .. what is wrong with them i do not understand are we customers are fool ?? Such a fraudulent activity and trying to cover up so clever by without picking calls..

When the store manager reply itself irresponsible i want to talk to his manager and understand why did they replace order with something else so cheap and we are paying for it wastely .. the dominos store is not even picking up calls and no proper responses too from delivery persons .. I’m frustrated with such a cheap cheap cheap activity by such a reputated company..
