My complaint:
Received a sandwich through drive-through. Pulled off, opened sandwich box. It was over cooked, drove back though drive, and gave back to person. Told them I didn’t want to sandwich anymore I paid with a credit card and asked for a refund. They told me they could not do refunds or cash back only store credit. And I just left the window. They would only give me a store credit.
Suggested solution:
I want my money put back on my card. I dont want a store credit. After the customer service I just received I will not be eating at domino's again. I did not even leave the property I just went around the building and back theough the drive-through.
