My complaint:
I ordered and paid for a pizza on the app and was told that i wouldn’t get it by staff as my address was outside delivery area so I ordered and paid for another over the phone. I paid 16 euro both times and only received one pizza. Therefore I am owed 16€ that I was told I’d get back in a day or two, its 5 days now and no sign.
Suggested solution:
Refund my 16€
