My complaint:
Ive ordered a pizza just before closure time as i couldnt find any other delivery method online. They sent me the wrong pizza and one which was cold and hard as a piece of rock.
I slept hungry cos there was no way of returning it nor eating it.
Suggested solution:
I would want both a complete refund and the pizza that i have ordered (the right one).
