My complaint:
I just placed an order online and I got a call from the store manager claiming she isn’t going to send her drivers out in rain. We get thunderstorms here a lot and it’s never been an issue and now all of sudden (mind you se sounded like she was 12) they aren’t going to deliver in rain which it’s not even raining that bad I was just out in it.
Suggested solution:
I don’t know, maybe not put someone so young as a store manager.
