My complaint:
My girlfriend works at this store and has been confiding in me about the staff and moral at this store. First, an employee named Bradly who is not gay and was not on the clock came into the store and called my girlfriend a “faggot”. Second, there is an employee at this store named Ralph who called her “estrogen”. Third, a large amount of staff at this store hide from and decline calls from people with thick accents because they “don’t want to deal with it.” Lastly, there is an instagram account (@linemanworking_) that is now private, but I have screenshots of extremely racist and misogynistic posts and captions with photos of the staff. This is NOT OKAY as this location serves a large amount of minorities and people of color and even employs them!
Suggested solution:
I want the people involved terminated immediately, no questions asked.
