My complaint:

My order was placed over the phone. I gave the order taker my name, card number, and order. He did not ask for my phone number OR address. He assumed, i wanted the pizza delivered to the address on file. I did not. I waited 4 hours for my order to be complete. I finally received the completion of my order after calling 3 stores to speak to a different manager each time who informed me the finalizaion of my order was transferred from the initial location to the second and then to the third. When i called the final time, the manager was rude and racist. I am not a white woman. I am a colored ethnic muslim American. I have bass in my voice when i speak and do not appreciate a young teenage white kid to tell me to calm down when i’ve been starving for over 4 hours waiting for my order to be complete. I’m not going to apologize for not being white and speaking in a polished manner when I’m waiting on my order to be complete so i can eat it. The customer service tonight was very aloof , I don’t care about your concen type of deal. This is the United States of America. It is a melting pot of different cultures and ethnicities, sexual orientations and religions— if someone is a manager of a store they need to keep that in mind when speaking to people. The pizza as always, is great and i’mm so glad i could share it with people around me tonight. Thank you

Call me and i\'ll explain in more detail if you wish. Please speak to your white privalaged managers and train them on ethnic backgrounds, religions, sexual orietntations and aceptance when conducting conflict resolution.
