My complaint:

I was having a Halloween party for my daughter some of our friends family. At 5:09pm Friday oct 30th 2020 I called spoke with a woman who took my number address when I said delivery and she then she started to took my order. I asked her if she had a large pizza deal she then told me 2-18 2 toppings so I said one just extra cheese the other pepperoni and then ordered the 5.99 pizza deals one cheese with your garlic Parmesan sauce another extra cheese and 2 stuffed cheese bread. Total was $50.70 asked cash or card I said cash and asked how long she said about 45mins. I was so busy I didn’t even realize the time and one of the other parents asked where the pizza was I then checked the time realized it was 1hr 20mins since I called so I then called back and they put a few different people on the phone for me to repeat my order to and they said they didn’t have the order and I said well I can come in and show them my phone and the time and how long I talked to the woman. And had plenty of witnesses about it and the woman was very rude said there was nothing she can do about it but re take my order and give me a coupon and I explained to her we all had to leave for trunk or treat at the church up the road couldn’t wait for that. She was very rude and unprofessional. I had a few parents that said they would be Writing bad reviews but I said let me write to you first about my complaint. But I have plenty of witnesses and offered to go in and show proof but all I got from that was a rude worker or manager (which I asked for manger) I ordered from the north Syracuse domino’s a lot and am beyond disappointed with how I was treated and the whole situation, not only me but other witnesses that were here and I can give names and numbers if needed.. I’m not sure because I have never experienced such poor services or had to deal with a employee or manager so unprofessional and so rude.i love Your establishment But who ever I spoke with and how they went about everything I am beyond upset with.
