My complaint:

I have been a very loyal customer since the store opened. We order every week like clock work and this week has been the absolute worst. Last night the Pizza was delivered extra cold and tasted like it had been made the day before. I contacted the manager, and was promised another pizza within the hour….never got it. Today I contacted the manager was given a credit and an apology. I called back tonight to order pizza at 8:48 and it is now 11:11 NO PIZZA. I called a few times and the recording kept saying that it was waiting to be picked up by the driver. Contacted the manager again, was put on hold, and the told that it would be delivered next by a driver. My question is it the same one that’s been waiting to be picked up at approximately 9:30. If so I’m not sure we want to eat it. No use in giving a credit if don’t get the order.

Suggested solution:

Not sure...but I think it's time to stop eating Domino's if this is how I'm going to be treated. Trust me I'm very patient and I know that there are staff shortages but thi Is ridiculous.
