My complaint:

Our order was 3 hours late. We called 4 times, and were told a different story each time. Scott (after telling us he would make sure our order would be delivered), on the 4th phone call, said “your order was lost.” I’ll start it now, and it will be free. My son drove there to make sure we got it after waiting so long. He still had a 30 minute wait. Regional Director was extremely rude. Not sure how he got the job. He obviously doesn’t do well under pressure. Told me “We’re getting our asses kicked”. He acted like we were putting them out by even ordering from them. He also told us that the “High School girl should’ve never told us our order was out for delivery.” “I don’t know why they do that.”

Suggested solution:

By speaking to Scott the Regional Manager about his lack of customer service. Maybe look into how the employees were trained on La Junta.
