My complaint:
I ordered 2 pizzas, bread sticks and a brownie. There was a snow storm and i stay close to dominos (in a 7 block radius) they wouldn’t deliver but was still doing delivery when I got there. I received a notification saying my food was ready so I left home to go pick the order up. when I got there I had to wait an additional 20 mins for my order which was in the heater looking at me while they fixed their till. then after they fixed it I watched as they helped customers who had just walked into place orders. I asked the manager if i could have a 2 liter soda for my troubles and they offered me a 20 oz (lmao) what a joke, I ordered $33.00 worth of food and couldn’t be compensated for my extra time waiting on food that was done and ready prior to me coming. this location is always unprofessional. as a valued customer its clear that dominios doesn’t value their customer, only their dollar.
Suggested solution:
how about not say the food is ready and then have you wait additional 20 mins and then offer a crappy 20 oz which is a slap in the face. they might as well not have offered anything
