Dominos Pizza complaint: Poor Service

My complaint:

Chose Curbside for my takeout order as I have numerous health conditions. This is the main reason I went to Domino’s. My order was ready when I arrived. Parked outside the entrance and followed instructions of turning on hazard lights. Sun was shining into the restaurant so I couldn’t see inside. But there was no way to miss my car with hazard lights on. Waited 10 minutes but nothing was delivered to the car. I didn’t want to go inside but nobody was coming out. Put on a mask and gloves and went inside. Gave my name and asked why it wasn’t delivered to my car. The employee said she was alone and couldn’t bring it out. That is not my problem but a Domino’s problem.

Suggested solution:

I want a complete refund as I was forced to go inside against my will and better judgment. If you offer curbside then you should do it.
