My complaint:
I called 3 times. 1st time on hold 23 minutes. Hung up called right back. On hold 35 minutes. Hung up called back was put on hold 32 minutes then asked to call back 1.5 hours later… poor management. I was 18 years old and opened that store and I promoted the heck out of it and never did costumers so sorry. Never longer than 45 minute wait on total order and delivery time. We have to many pizza restaurants in this small town to be so unprofessional. I spend to much money here.
Suggested solution:
free pizza and talk with that store management .
