My complaint:
I called and attempted to order delivery; however, I was placed on hold for 10 mins during the 1st call. Someone answered, but immediately disconnected the call. Then placed a second call and was placed on hold for 18 mins and 23 secs.
Suggested solution:
There's nothing they can do.
