My complaint:
I called the store to speak to a manager, and get a problem resolved about my food and the person in the phone said there’s no manager then he said I am the manager. I proceed to tell that person my concern about my food and he laughed laughed . I was surprised by the way I was treated so I ask him his name he said Thomas the train… I’m a general manager in the Wendy’s in my area and I take seriously the customers concerns or complaints, no matter how big or small.. This dominos location don’t care about customers which tells me they don’t cared about the food the customers is being served.. sadly to say I will never visit or recommend this dominos in valley st Willimantic, Ct..
