My complaint:
On 2182021 I placed an order for delivery at around 6:23 PM but did not receive my order until around 9:15 pm. I called the store multiple times throughout the 3 12 hour wait and only got them on the phone about 2 times. When the food finally did arrive, I had to track down the delivery driver and walk almost 10 minutes to get my order. Upon opening the boxes, the food was cold and congealed. Granted, the weather was bad so I understand slower delivery times but certainly not 3 12 hours. This order was not cheap and I was more than disappointed in Domino’s handling of the issue. Customer service and delivery has never been an issue when ordering from dominos, however, I am strongly considering not ordering in the future.
Suggested solution:
Not only would I like my money back in full for the order but also refund in delivery fees. I am more than disappointed in my 2182021 order 1064 at the College Park, Maryland location (4649).
