My complaint:
I ordered a 2 topping medium pizza because I had a reward for a free pizza. The order was supposed to be complete between 6:40-6:50pm. I arrived around 6:45 and the cashier told me it would still be 20-25 minutes. I asked if I could cancel my order and they did.
I looked on my account and I no longer have a free pizza available to order based off of my rewards.
Suggested solution:
I would like to have my reward points returned so i can order a free pizza soon and receive it.
