My complaint:

One marinara was missing. Food was cold and 30 minutes late by estimated time maximum. When I called the person at the store they lied and said it was on the way, but did not receive call that it was on it’s way.

Suggested solution:

Store recognized mistake and sent me a coupon for 20% off next order. Money should be refunded. It was a mess all the way around.
