I ordered 4 medium pizzas according to family needs with garlic bread sticks and cheesy dip for a family party ,at 9 PM . At around 9 30 we went down to receive the order, the order still didn’t come so we went to our home at around 10 15 after waiting for a whole hour. The pizza didn’t arrive! We checked it’s tracking status which showed us it was still BAKING! We all waited till 11, for the food, still waking up till such odd hours. We waited very patiently for the pizza , my friend left hope ,then it was 11 40 when we had nothing to eat , thanks to your amazing business skills, then at around 12 15 when we were fed up of your management, a pizza delivery boy called from RDC saying his bike was in repair so he couldn’t come to deliver, saying the pizza was cold and couldn’t be served and other unruly excuses. He meant there’s no pizza due to cash on delivery. Now, authority of Domino’s ,you think this behaviour is acceptable? Where money if given in advance is accepted but not a mere value is given to cash on delivery, and people starving don’t concern you!
Take this complaint to the head of RDC Domino's, write an apology letter to us, and pay a much reasonable compensation for this loss!
