My complaint:
Our delivery man was frustrated with the fact that we didn’t have a mailbox out front and yelled profanity’s out loud to express his anger. I live down a dead-end road and none of our homes have mailboxes on our property. We do however have house numbers and our front lights were on. He said, “I’m too fcking old for this sht put a mailbox out front.” To which I replied, “this is a dead-end road, our mailboxes are at the top of the street.” He had the audacity to respond by saying “I don’t care put a mailbox out front!” We’ve never had an issue with delivery drivers ever before. This is unacceptable service.
Suggested solution:
I would like a formal complaint submitted to management at the Marstons Mills location. No one else should have to be exposed to his toxic behavior. Especially after paying $37 plus tip for food. I appreciate your consideration and review on this complaint.
