My complaint:
Had to wait an hour for the pizza to be delivered and the following picture is how we received our pizza. I called to complain and asked for the manager. The guy who answered the phone never asked me to hold the phone just went blank and I remained on hold for 5 to 10 minutes. Had to hang up and call back demanded not not to be put on hold and to speak to the manager. Still waiting on my pizza to be delivered at this time by a pizza place run by a bunch of kids.
Suggested solution:
They are supposed to be giving me this pizza free. But you should be happy I am not blasting this on social media.
