Dominos Pizza complaint: Payment issue

My complaint:

I ordered pizza through Domino’s Pizza app.. my amount will detected by Domino’s. But order not placed.. please help..Rs 422.00 dominospizzaonline@paytm(UPI Ref No 027548677472).
