My complaint:
My pizza was ordered at 1207. Final delivery occurred at 154. In which items were missing.
On calling the staff, he started making excuses of being new. Later – someone from the store called me. Her name is Afreen Beg. She had no manners to speak and kept saying that she was an employee and no one can express anger to her. She continued to speak in a loud manner with absolutely no remorse or acceptance of the fact that the order delivery was completely botched up.
Suggested solution:
Refund. Apologies from Afreen beg to behave hence .
