My complaint:
I placed an order @ Rivers ave phone number 8435534100 i asked about their special i was told i can get my pizza @$599 per pizza with up to two toppings i order a sausage pizza and a pepperoni i may not have understood the two toppings do i pay for the additional toppings and i ordered cheese bread my order cane out to $21 i called back to order a 20oz coke when the driver came it was one pizza cheesy bread and a 1ltr coke that i didn’t order they were so dern rude and said either i want the order or not the manager never got on the phone to explain to me about my $21 i order from them all the time but this service was horrible
Suggested solution:
Ifvthe manager had got on the phone and talk sensibly insteading of passing info to the driver and explain what happen! She or him did not even take over the conversation as to say well mrs Williams how can we resolve this problem
