My complaint:
I ordered two items form the mix and match menu (Items $5.99) carry out menu. I ordered two items a Foil Pasta Primavera and a thin crust medium pizza. I was charged $21.52.
I’ve contact the store several times. I’ve been told to call back after talking to the store manager Natalie . I called back like requested and waited on hold for 15 minutes; manager never came to phone.
Suggested solution:
Domino's should refund overpaid amount. This is stealing form your customers. I sincerely think the clerk knew exactly what he was doing. I'm a senior citizen; 74 years of age-I get confused at times. I do have my receipt to show how I was duped at this store. This is the second time I've had issues with Dominos. Does anyone care???
