This is to reference of orderslip:DPI64018, order No.98.
I purchased 1 Reg NHT Fresh Veggie dated 22nd december,2021 at 8:51 pm served by JAGRUTI DEVENDRA K CARRY OUT.
Earlier many times I have ordered the same quality regular pizza (no.8218676228).
Today at your outlet regular pizza is displayed @RS.99.
They charged me RS.208.95 when I inquired, I was told that the display board was valid three days before and now the same pizza has been increased in price.
The quality of the pizza was also not good as its base was not properly cooked.
Not happy with the interaction with the server.
Suggested solution:
Please update regularly the display board regarding offer price.
Please charge actual price of the pizza.
The quality should also be checked time to time to ensure customer's satisfaction.
