My complaint:

On 7172020 I called your Domino’s Pizza green on East Grand location at approximately 1:20 p.m.
I had ordered a large supreme thin crust Pizza and then asked if there was any kind of specialty deals. The lady that answered the phone said absolutely not. Meanwhile my friend on a different phone call. Location and ask for the deals of specialty pizzas and was told the deals.
when I mentioned that the last person that answered the phone said there wasn’t any deals the employee try to backtrack and stay there wasn’t. apparently for $18 and some change I could have got a large pizza and some breadsticks I asked him if he was just going to send the breadsticks and he refused only in the very end of the whole conversation did he offer to credit me breadsticks. I don’t mind paying your high prices but I don’t appreciate being run around and treated like a jerk

Suggested solution:

Maybe remind your employees of all the deals but you have running at the time of calls. And when your employee makes a mistake like that maybe they should just send the breadsticks then instead of wait making me wait 7 to 10 days to have my money refunded redo the order.
I did not appreciate how I was treated at all.
