My complaint:
Placed my order at 650pm. Was emailed saying itd take 30-40 min to deliver. Got a msg saying it was done at 703pm by 8pm I hasnt recieved. Called spoke with the manager named Logan and he said my order was next once the driver got back. I complained that my food wouldnt be fresh anymore cause it been done for at least an hr. He said sorry and that it would be here soon. After receiving my food at 810. I came inside to look at it. Its dried out from sitting under a warmer for over an hr.it wasnt even warm anymore.
Suggested solution:
I believe on my wait time and crappy service from manager that I should be refunded. My food was cold and dried out. It was a$50.00 order.
