Complaint: Out of control manager

My complaint:

On 911 at 8:19 I placed a order for carry out, total was $27 dollars. I sent my daughter to pick up at 8:53, she call me on speaker phone at 8:55 and stated they said they didn’t take my order so I listen to the voice of the person she was talking to and I said sir you are the one took my order so how you don’t have my order he said because I don’t and he told my daughter they he could take it then, I said I don’t want it but I’m about to call the store and speak to the manager. He then stated I am the manager and you don’t have to do all that s because I don’t have fucking time!! I then called the store he answered and I asked was he the manager and he said yes and hold on while he look for my order then said F and I said are you sure you are the manager with all the language you are using, he said yes! Then said I don’t have your order but I can make it for free, again I said I don’t want it. Get a call a 9:17 and he said a delivery driver to my house with the order and I said I don’t want it! That was very unprofessional to not only not have my order but for me or my daughter did not deserve to listen to all the foul language from a manager

Suggested solution:

He needs to be retrained to deal with costumers and learn how to speak to us correctly or be suspended. I’m a supervisor and would never speak to anyone like that.. I will no longer eat from Dominos
