My complaint:
How is your employees gonna look at me when I walk in to place a order that was over $50 in the store and tell me that I have to walk outside and call to place my order? You just lost out on and order that was over $50 and a customer.
Suggested solution:
They should have just let me place my order and pay for it instead of telling me I have to walk outside and call to place my order
